The reason behind why I was suddenly interested to read about other people’s complaints is because my own connection at home went down (again) for a whole week. I wanted to bug their customer service again but after I tried to troubleshoot with a couple of CSRs, I suddenly got tired. I stopped pressing my luck since I knew that I will only get crappy answers and phony solutions to my problem as I did before.
