Also, by being with Edward she feels that she is better than she was on her own. She chose to do what she did because she never really felt more than average as a person, she never felt she was good at anything. Edward made her feel like she was somethhing special. I don't see her as giving up anything, she just adding to her family, gaining confidence in her self. The fourth book disappointed me greatly. If i'm going to be built up the ENTIRE time for this fight scene... i'd better damn well have a fight scene!!! ah!!! made me so angry. That could have been the greatest scene ever and she just skips it!?!? bad bad move. and the child with the gayest name known to man kind. weird. just weird. i had nothing to contemplate after all of it other than why there isn't a man like edward in the world! disappointment city.
